Certified Tai Chi instructor Erica Bough demonstrates Shibashi body movements, breathing exercises, and meditation to help reduce stress, restore balance, and increase flexibility. All experience levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothes.

Birth to Age 2 with a parent/caregiver

Practice seated poses in one of the gentlest forms of yoga available, led by certified yoga instructor Susan Wilkens. All experience levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothes. Please use a sturdy chair without arms (if possible).

Create handmade knitted and crocheted crafts for local organizations. Please bring your needles and/or hooks and some acrylic or cotton yarn.

Drop in the Youth Services Department to make a seasonal craft while supplies last.

Trained therapy dogs patiently listen to your child as they read from a book of their choice. Participants should be able to read independently for their full 15-minute session.

Bring chairs or blankets and join us on the lawn for live music. Hugo Colin presents the best Elvis Tribute Artist show possible for both old and new fans. In case of bad weather, concerts will be held in the Baxter Auditorium.
