Week Calendar

Practice seated poses in one of the gentlest forms of yoga available, led by certified yoga instructor Susan Wilkens. All experience levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothes. Please use a sturdy chair without arms (if possible).

Judy Pollock from the Chicago Bird Alliance will take us on a walk through Linne Woods to spot local and migratory birds. Bring binoculars if you have them, but you do not need them to participate. (Weather permitting)
