Practice seated poses in one of the gentlest forms of yoga available, led by certified yoga instructor Susan Wilkens. All experience levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothes. Please use a sturdy chair without arms (if possible).

Naturalist Kim White discusses a variety of ways people can help fix the problem of the diminished migrating Monarch population. Live caterpillars and/or Monarch butterflies will be on display.
