Purpose of Meeting
Hi! We would like to host our townhome association's annual meeting here. We only have 6 townhome units, so at most there will be 10-12 adults total in attendance. We used the Baxter auditorium previously (I believe in 2017) for this same purpose and they were able to set up a table at the back of the room with chairs around it for us to use for our group discussion. We are a non-profit organization. We don't need any other special equipment. I (Donna Krakau) am the association president and happy to answer any other questions. Thank you!
