Laura Otolski, trained INELDA end-of-life doula, and hospice volunteer will introduce the “Five Wishes” document, a user-friendly legal advance directive that empowers individuals to express their preferences for end-of-life care. Participants can pick up their own copy of The Five Wishes before the program.
